Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Late Arrival, No-Show Policy
At Revive Modern Wellness, appointment times and memberships are reserved exclusively for you. Due to limited suites, equipment, and staffing, we require advance notice for any appointment changes and membership modifications.
By booking an appointment or enrolling in membership, you agree to the following policies:
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided:
- A 50% service fee will be charged to the card on file
- OR one session will be forfeited from your package or membership
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice:
- 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged
- OR the full session will be deducted from your package or membership
Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or membership termination.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting other guests.
Full-service pricing will still apply.
If arrival is 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to the full no-show fee.
